TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. In consideration of the mutual promises by the parties set out in these terms, MXI Corp. ("the Company") hereby agrees that, within the first fourteen days (14) days after the Company either for itself or through its associated companies commences business in the UK (" the Commencement Date"), on completion of an MXI Associate Application and Agreement and satisfaction of the criteria for eligibility to become an MXI Associate, the Company will accept the person registering interest on this site as an Associate.

2. The Company agrees that it will respect the stated choice of sponsor provided that the person(s) registering interest on this site submits a signed and completed Associate Application and Agreement within fourteen (14) days of the Commencement Date.

3. If a signed and completed Associate Application and Agreement is not received by the Company within the first Fourteen (14) days after the Commencement Date the person registering interest and the sponsor understand that position will be closed and the line of sponsorship shall roll up from the downline to the next eligible sponsor.

4. Until the person registering interest has signed an Associate Application and Agreement, complied with the eligibility criteria, and has been accepted as an Associate by the Company, on or after the commencement date such person may not:

a. sell or promote MXI products or services;

b. be eligible to receive a bonus or commission or any other benefit or payment from the company;

c. in any way represent the company or enter into any obligation for or on behalf of the Company.

5. The person registering interest agrees that if he/she chooses to become an MXI associate he/she will choose as his/her/their sponsor the Sponsor named on this site unless he/she, the company and the Sponsor agree otherwise in writing.

Data Processing Policy   I agree that MXI, its employees and agents may retain and process the personal information given by me to MXI for purposes including the maintenance of its network organisation. MXI may record this information manually and or electronically and will be the data controller for this information. MXI may disclose and transfer such personal information to other members of the MXI group of companies which are situated inside and outside of the EEA and to other persons for the purposes of MXI's business including other MXI Associates.
